This website is operated by Aligned Voice Arts LLC, doing business as Hello, Voice!™ ("we," "us," "our"). Throughout the site, these Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services, including our online store, digital downloads, and any related content (the "Services"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Services" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services.

Eligibility

Our Services are intended for use by adults, including teachers, parents, homeschool educators, and administrators; purchasing educational products. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have parental/guardian consent to use the Services.

Products and Purchases

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services that we offer.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
In the event of a pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Physical Products. Some products (such as printed workbooks) are shipped directly by us or by our print-on-demand and fulfillment partners. Shipping timelines and methods are described in our Shipping Policy.
Digital Products. Digital downloads (such as flashcards, practice journals, and other printable resources) are for personal, single-purchaser use only, as described further under Intellectual Property below.
Final Sale Items. Certain items, including consumable/write-in workbooks and all digital downloads once accessed, are final sale as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, character designs, illustrations, workbook content, lesson materials, and the Hello, Voice!™ name and mark, is the property of Aligned Voice Arts LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Purchase of a workbook, digital download, or supplemental material grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal or single-classroom/studio use by the purchasing teacher or family. It does not grant you the right to reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share copies of purchased materials with other teachers, classrooms, or individuals who have not purchased their own copy.
Digital downloads may not be shared, resold, posted publicly, or distributed in any form beyond the individual purchaser's own use.
"Hello, Voice!" and associated characters and branding are trademarks of Aligned Voice Arts LLC. No license or right to use these marks is granted except as expressly permitted.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may link to or route through third-party platforms (such as Amazon, our print-on-demand partners, or our email service provider). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites, and your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any of our intellectual property rights or those of others, to harass or harm another person, or to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aligned Voice Arts LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
